Registration Documents

Please bring:

1. Child birth certificate (Copy and Original)
2. Copy of your child’s permit to study in Hong Kong (non-local children only)
3. Copy of immunization record
4. Two passport size photos of the applicant
5. Three empty envelopes with three stamps (With your House Address)
6. Registration fee 20HKD

From Monday to Friday

9 am to 12 noon
1pm to 5pm

On Saturday

9am to 12 noon
